Insurance: I do not bill insurance but am happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement for services. I cannot guarantee reimbursement of services as that is determined by your insurance company. However, insurance companies are often willing to do a single case agreement for DBT therapy.
individual therapy
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
$250 per session (includes access to daily, in-the-moment phone coaching)
I offer Comprehensive DBT Therapy, including daily access to in-the-moment phone coaching to help you implement what you’re working on in between sessions. DBT sessions occur weekly and are more intensive and structured. DBT was created for clients struggling to regulate their emotions and unhelpful behaviors.
Standard Therapy
$200 per session
Standard therapy is traditional talk-therapy — think, “How was your week? What do you wanna talk about today?” While I prefer to begin with weekly sessions with all clients, standard therapy can more quickly move to an every other week or monthly basis (if desired).

Weekly skills training is a requirement of comprehensive DBT treatment. However, I honestly believe ANYONE can benefit from learning the DBT skills. I learned SO much in learning to teach the skills myself, and I wish they were taught in all schools. This group is more like a class, with weekly handouts and worksheets.
You’ll learn skills in these areas:
Emotion regulation
Distress tolerance (tolerating realllllly hard things)
Interpersonal effectiveness (communicating better with others)
Mindfulness
Women’s Self Esteem Group | time varies
$100 per session (includes a copy The Self-Love How To Workbook) | 2-month commitment | closed cohort
I believe that connection is healing. This is a closed group, meaning you will go through the 8-week group with the same small group of women. You’ll learn how to build lasting self esteem and connect with other women who struggle with similar issues.
You’ll learn:
how to identify your boundaries, values, needs, & wants
how to verbalize your needs, wants, & boundaries to others
how to accept the things you DON’T love about yourself
how to develop self respect
how to soothe yourself
how to turn self-criticism to self-compassion
how to stop people-pleasing
how to stop doubting yourself and develop self trust
couples therapy
$200 per session | Pre-engagement | Pre-marital
It’s normal to have issues in the beginning of the deepening phase of your relationship — after the honeymoon phase. It’s normal to get stuck in negative patterns of arguing. It’s even normal to have some unhealthy behaviors going on in your relationship. You don’t have to feel ashamed of seeking couples therapy before you’re even engaged or married. In fact, I believe you’re doing yourself a MASSIVE service that other couples miss out on. You’re kinda future-proofing your relationship to decrease your chance of divorce later on.
